Order Flaw Process

1. Please provide required information to join the membership.
   * If you have the membership, please sign in and then order. The system will record all your historical order information for search and inquiry.
2. Please select the product and sign in your shopping cart and then check out (You may select multiple items at a time).
3. Confirm the order and check out.
4. After completing the order, the system will automatically send a completing notification in which contain your order product information, order number and downloads certification serial number of E-Book. If you receive this notification, it shows that your order has been completed.

Invoice and Unified Business No.
If you buy any item in ebookincolor website shop, we will issue the invoice and mail you after your bank account has been confirmed.

Consuming Dispute

1. Please acknowledge and agree that if Aiptek transfers its E-business and related rights , obligations and contract to any third party, Aiptek’s rights, obligations and business transaction and related information, including not limited to related rights and obligation will transit to third party who will continue to provide service.
2. Please acknowledge and agree that if Aiptek legally shall take the indemnification or reimbursement liability. Please be advised that the abovementioned liability will be limited to the transaction amount.
3. Any online order, transaction, behavior or related dispute shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (R. O. C.)
4. Any online order, transaction, behavior or any related dispute arising hereof shall be subject to the Taiwan HsinChu District Court of Taiwan, R.O.C in its first instance.
5. There is a limited period and the number of times of downloads after completing the order of all E-book. Once exceed the limitation, the downloads service won’t continue to be provide. 
   Please download within 30 days and two times for each book .
6. Due to the purposes of protecting the rights and interests of authors, it is not allowed to reproduce, adapt, release or distribute the digital content.
7. Consumers please copy the digital content for individual use only within a reasonable purpose and scope in order to avoid losing the digital content.
8. If the E-Book reader needs repair, the digital content won’t be re-installed in order to protect the rights and interests of authors in compliance with Copyright Act.

Protection of Returned Products

1. Once consumer confirms any online pre-try content, the terms of the order are non- cancelable and con-returnable.
2. If you can not read the E-book downloads content, please contact help-desk.
